This Privacy Policy describes how the Lemo Group ("Lemo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you access or use our mobile applications, H5 pages, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to all users worldwide, including users in the United States, the European Union/EEA, and other jurisdictions.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information automatically collected when you use the Services, and information from third parties, as permitted by applicable law.

Information collected: Email address (with your explicit consent).

Purpose: To create and authenticate your account, enable login, and provide core Services.

If you decline: You will not be able to register an account or use core features.

1.2 Ordering and Payment

Information collected: Order number, payment amount, payment method, payment time, transaction history.

Purpose: To process orders, complete payments, verify transactions, provide receipts, and support order inquiries.

If you decline: We cannot provide ordering or payment Services.

We do not store full payment card numbers. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors that are contractually obligated to protect your information.

1.3 Customer Support

Information collected: Account information, order history, and details you provide during support interactions.

Purpose: To respond to inquiries, resolve issues, process complaints, and record outcomes for quality and compliance purposes.

We may request the following device permissions to deliver features. You may enable or disable permissions in your device settings at any time.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Services, we automatically collect: IP address, device type and model, operating system and version, app version, usage logs (features accessed, session duration), and crash reports and diagnostic data.

Purpose: To maintain service stability, improve performance, and diagnose technical issues. We do not use automatically collected information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1 Storage Location

Your personal information may be stored and processed globally where we or our service providers operate. We implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers as required by applicable law.

4.2 Retention Periods

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. When you no longer use our Services or close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with applicable law.

The Services are intended for a general audience. If the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are provided grant you additional privacy rights, those rights shall apply in accordance with such applicable laws. Sensitive personal information includes government-issued identification (e.g., SSN, passport), financial account information, precise geolocation data, biometric information, and health information. We only process such information for limited, legally permitted purposes.

7.3 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Do Not Track (DNT): We do not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals. If you wish to opt out of data collection, you may submit a privacy rights request using the methods described in Section 9.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, where applicable and consistent with the requirements of relevant data protection laws.

For non-material changes, such as clarifications or corrections that do not affect your rights or our data practices in a substantive way, we will provide notice by posting the updated policy within the Services and displaying the revised effective date, along with in-app notification.

The current version of this policy is always available within the Services and accessible without requiring login or account creation.
